Luciano Maggiore & Francesco fuzz Brasini joins Boring Machines
Luciano Maggiore and Francesco Brasini are two experimental musicians/artist working in the experimental scene of Bologna (Italy) with Xing/Raum and Sant'Andreadegliamplificatori, a small place for contemporary music. The result of their recent collaborarion is a monolithic 35 minutes track where Maggiore's tape and effects and Brasini's guitars create a buzzing mastodon of minimalism a la Phill Niblock.
The record is titled Chàsm Achanés (Huge Abyss) and will be released in January 2011.
